Lukas Podolski


Lukas Podolski is a German forward playing for the English Premier League team Arsenal. He also competes internationally for the German national team.


Born in Poland, Podolski migrated to West Germany when he was 2 years old. He was part of the German U-17 in 2001 and continued playing for the national team until he reached the senior level in 2004, where he played as the youngest German player in Euro 2004. He also played in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups, as well as in Euro 2008 and Euro 2012.

Drew Brees


Drew Brees is a professional American football player. He is currently the quarterback for the  New Orleans Saints in the National Football League. Brees recently signed a $100 million, 5-year deal with the Saints. He has now the highest average annual pay in the NFL.


After playing college football for Purdue, he was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in 2001 (second round, pick 32). He played for the Chargers until 2005, then moved to Saints.


He was named Sportsman of the Year in 2010 by Sports Illustrated magazine.

Andy Murray is a Scottish professional tennis player, currently ranked No. 4 in the world. His highest world ranking is No. 2, which he reached in August 2009. He is also the number one British player.


By winning his semifinal match against Jo-Wilfred Tsonga in 2012 Wimbledon, he became the first British to reach a Wimbledon final since 1938. He  was thrice a finalist at the Australian Open (2010, lost to Federer and 2011, lost to Djokovic) and US Open (2008, lost to Federer).

Fernando Torres


Fernando Torres is a Spanish professional soccer player, currently a forward/striker for English Premier League team Chelsea. He started his career in Atletico Madrid (2001-2007),  then moved to Liverpool (2007-11), then to his current team in 2011 for a record transfer fee of 50 million pounds, making him the most expensive Spanish player.


Torres also plays internationally for Spain. He score the winning goal for Spain in the UEFA Euro 2008 final against Germany, and scored again during the final of the Euro 2012 against Italy. He debuted for Spain in 2003.
