Synchronize diving partners David Boudia and Nick McCrory won bronze in the 10-meter platform synchronized event at the 2012 London Olympics, the first US pair to win a medal since 1996.
David Boudia of the United States won gold in the 2012 London Olympics 10-meter platform competition, beating reigning champion Qui Bo of China. Boudia scored 102.60 in the final dive to move to first place with a total score of 568.65. Bo scored 566.85
Eighteen-year old Tom Daley of Great Britain won bronze, scoring 556.95. He led the field going into the final dive with a margin of 0.15 points.
David Alasdair Boudia is an American diver, specializing in 10-meter platform and 10-meter synchronized diving events. He is a member of the US national diving team, and has competed in the 2010 Beijing Olympics.
Boudia's partner in synchronized diving is Thomas Finchum.
